Sport Nutrition and advice towards better sports performance for hobby sporters and high performance athletes. In my practice I combine my two great passions: Dietetics and Sport Nutrition. I coach you towards a healthier lifestyle and I make a nutrition plan with the goal of improving your performance.
Together we set realistic goals and I will tailor a Nutrition Plan strategy for you.
Next to giving nutritional advice, I also think it is important to teach you to how to make healthy choices when buying food and drinks. Together we will go on a “food safari” and during this “trip” I will teach you to make the right choices while shopping, which products are better, how to read the labels and what to pay attention to when comparing products.

With my Chef, Dietitian and Sports Nutritionist background, I translate science into practice, and I develop menus and recipes for you that are healthy, functional, and tasty.
In addition to nutritional strategy, I also can design you plans for weight management (loosing or gaining weight/muscle) strategies, training the guts, supplement use, recovery strategies and avoiding injuries strategies.
